facilities ensure by factory authority.
2. Offer
rate consider only service cost (without materials)
3. Above
rate 10% each above floor.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Scope
of Work:
a. Contractor Responsibility:
i.
Contractor will maintain the quality and safety
of the Works.
ii.
Our scope of work is limited to complete the
works as per list provided with this offer
iii.
Any additional item rate will be considerate as
market price.
b. Client’s Responsibility:
i.
Providing the concerned departmental personnel
to ease the works.
ii.
All shattering materials likes, wood, bamboo,
nail, steel prof, I-joist, weir, rough provide by authority.
iii.
All construction materials should be in site in
due time.
iv.
Work place should be vacant 12 hour earlier.
v.
Work plan provide by authority as their
requirement.
vi.
Procuring all sorts of permission and
formalities from the authorities/bodies.
vii.
Ensuring the work environment to continue the
works.
viii.
All excess rubbish, clay, and soil will be
carried out from factory premises by Authority.
c. Time Line: As per our assumption the
work will need 6 month maximum to complete. Contingency:
Deliverable may delayed due to
following issues
·
Natural disasters
·
Road Blockage
·
Instability at factory level due to workers
vexation
·
Any unwanted situation beyond control
2. Payment
terms:
i.
50%
advance in favor of Focus Engineering &Construction with the confirmed PO/work
order
ii.
1st
Running bill will be submit 20% based on work order value after completion of
50% works.
iii.
2nd
Running bill will be submit 20% based on work order value after completion of
40% works
iv.
3rd
running bill/Final bill will be submit 10% or above/lass as actual site
measurement after completion of 100% work.
